The weather here has been beautiful the last few days and it is supposed to stay that way for a few more! We are very happy to see the sun again! After dinner one night, we took the kids to the park to run around and see the horses (they live near by). And today after school, we stayed out for a while at the playground with new friends. We discovered that another Kindergarten friend of Lore's lives here in the complex! She is in another class though.
Today, Isaac and I spent a while playing games. He is tough to beat at GO FISH! We also played another fishing game, Cooties, and "Pictures" using the View Master. Isaac spent quite a bit of time in the last few days creating pictures with lots and lots of foam stickers. He really loves stickers right now!
Lorelai had an exciting week at school. It was Fire Safety Week! Lore got to meet real firemen and see the truck. She got a little fireman helmet and a neat fire safety packet! School pictures were also this week. Lore made sure to practice her smile 10 times, per her teachers suggestion. I'm anxious to see how they turned out! This afternoon, I learned that Lorelai is a member of two playground clubs, The Friendship Club, and The Rainbows. All I really know about them is that there is a quest involved. :)
We're headed to an Apple festival tomorrow. Have a good weekend everyone!
